This Return and Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds and returns may be issued and provides detailed instructions on how to proceed with refund requests. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Overview of TaskFino

TaskFino is an all-in-one office management software designed to simplify business operations. It integrates several features essential for business management, such as:

• HRMS (Human Resource Management System): Automate employee recruitment, payroll, and attendance tracking.
• Accounts & Finance: Maintain financial records, generate invoices, track revenue and expenses, and generate financial reports.
• Leads Management: Capture, store, and track leads, and manage sales pipelines.
• Task Management: Organize tasks, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and monitor project progress.
• Asset Management: Track and manage company assets, including physical and digital assets, maintenance schedules, and allocation.
• Loan Management: Monitor employee loans, set repayment schedules, and calculate interest.
• Payroll Management: Automate salary calculations, deductions, generate payslips, and handle tax calculations.

TaskFino is ideal for businesses of all sizes looking to reduce costs, automate workflows, and increase efficiency with a simple, user-friendly interface.

2. Subscription Plans

TaskFino offers multiple subscription plans with various levels of access to features:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly.
• Quarterly Subscription: Billed every three months.
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually at a discounted rate.

3. Free Trial

We understand the importance of testing software before making a commitment. Therefore, TaskFino offers a free trial period for new users, allowing you to experience all the features of our software for a limited time (typically 14 days).

• Trial Period: You will have access to all premium features during the trial period.
• No Payment Required: You will not be charged during the free trial period.
• Automatic Subscription After Trial: At the end of the trial period, if you do not cancel, your account will be automatically upgraded to a paid subscription based on the plan you selected during the sign-up process.

If you choose not to continue with TaskFino after the free trial, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

4. Refund Eligibility Criteria

At TaskFino, we want you to be completely satisfied with our product. However, we understand that there might be situations where our software doesn’t meet your needs. Therefore, we offer a refund policy for specific cases as outlined below:

A. Refunds for Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

• Cancellation During Free Trial: If you cancel your free trial before the trial period expires, you will not be charged and no further payments will be collected.
• Refunds for Annual Subscriptions:
  • If you are dissatisfied within 30 days of your annual subscription start date, we will offer a full refund.
  • If you request a refund after 30 days but before 60 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
  • Requests made after 60 days will not be eligible for any refund.
• Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions:
  • Refundable within 14 days if technical issues prevent use or if billing errors occur (e.g., double charges).
  • Refunds are not granted after 14 days of the subscription start date.
• Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, you may be eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
• Payment Processing Errors: Any payment errors due to our systems will result in a full refund.

B. Refunds Are Not Available For:

• Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you decide TaskFino is not the right fit after the trial ends.
• Failure to Cancel: If you do not cancel before renewal and are charged, no refund is available.
• Usage Beyond Trial: Refunds will only be granted under the conditions above, not for regular usage.
• Third-Party Charges: Any bank or processing fees are non-refundable.

C. Refund Process

• Step 2: Verification Process – We will verify your request. Processing may take 5–7 business days.
• Step 3: Issuing the Refund – Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–10 business days
  • PayPal/Online Payments: 5–7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: Up to 14 business days
• Step 4: Confirmation – You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your TaskFino subscription at any time, but please note the following:

• How to Cancel: Log in, go to Account Settings or Billing, click Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
• Cancellation Timing: Cancellation stops future renewals, but you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued once a cycle has started.
• Reactivation: If you reactivate, you must select a new subscription plan and pricing may differ from your original subscription.
